  • Send us your details. Submit your registration number, mileage and photos through our online form, call us on 01224 744411, or simply pop in to the showroom.
  • Get a same-day valuation. We aim to come back to you the same day. If your form comes through late in the evening, you will hear from us the following morning at the latest.
  • Bring the car in. If you are happy with the valuation, bring the vehicle to our Westhill showroom for a quick inspection.
  • Get paid within the hour. Once everything checks out, we pay by bank transfer. Most payments clear within one hour. No cheques, no waiting days for funds.

No Fees - Unlike many other platforms and car-buying services, Westhill Cars charges absolutely zero fees when buying your car.

What to Bring

To make the process as quick as possible, please bring:

  • V5C registration document (logbook)
  • Service history (if available)
  • Both sets of keys
  • Finance settlement figure (if applicable)

Outstanding Finance? No Problem

If you still have finance outstanding on your vehicle, we can settle it on the same day. We will contact the finance company, obtain the settlement figure, pay it directly and give you the balance. This is something we handle regularly, so the process is straightforward.

Part Exchange

If you are looking to buy your next car from us rather than sell outright, we welcome part exchanges. Your current vehicle will be valued against the price of the car you want to buy, reducing the amount you need to pay or finance.
